To ensure optimal placement performance, MY100SXe titles affixed with advanced and sophisticated vision systems. For example, the high-speed and high-precision placement head has nine nozzles, and line scan vision system all (LVS) connection, and optimize the flight for most elements with precise placement. Double vision system (DVS) is responsible for flip chip and other special elements. Therefore, you can handle from 01005 to flip-chip, any package from QFP to complex BGA's. You can also choose to transfer station width to match a wide range of PCB size and shape.
